If you’ve previously created a BBID account, verify that you’re entering the correct password when signing in. If you’re an Org Admin who purchased or upgraded to Revu 21 and didn’t receive any onboarding emails, please submit a ticket to Bluebeam Technical Support. If you never received an email invitation for Revu 21, contact your license owner (i.e., Org Admin). For more information about onboarding, click here. When invited, you’ll receive emails to create and confirm your BBID.
